Typo Offers Excuse to Explore New Feature

The latest release of ZonePro has a great new feature where the report sorting options are no longer hard-coded into the program but stored in a database that you can edit and add to. That turns out to be an especially good thing for the Contractor Activity Report screen because I made a typo when creating the "Permit Type" sorting option. You can fix my mistake though by using the new Report Sort Manger. Follow these steps: Go to ZP Toolbox and select the "Sort Manager" button. On the Report Sorts tab use the drop-down box to select "Contractor Activity Reports". If you look closely at the first entry you'll see that the sorting expression lists the "typeisnp" field instead of the correct "typeinsp" field. You can select that entry and hit the Edit button to fix the typo. This is the same process you would use to add your own sorts to report screens or to tweak existing sort options.
